摘要
目的:探讨益气活血法论治卵巢癌及对血清人附睾蛋白4(HE4)、可溶性间皮素相关肽(SMRP)及肿瘤标记物的影响,为其临床诊治提供参考。方法:选择85例卵巢癌患者作为研究对象,随机数字表法分为对照组(n=45)和观察组(n=40),其中对照组患者给予常规TP化疗,观察组患者在上述治疗的基础上外加益气活血法治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的血清人附睾蛋白4(HE4)、可溶性间皮素相关肽(SMRP)以及肿瘤标记物水平变化,分析两组患者治疗前后的免疫功能以及生活质量变化。随访1年,比较两组患者治疗后的总体有效率和疾病控制率差异。结果:与治疗前相比,两组患者治疗后血清HE4、SMRP、CEA、NSE、CA19-9、CA125水平以及CD4^+CD25^+、CD8^+CD28^-、CD8^+CD28^+水平均明显降低,且观察组患者上述指标降低更为显著(P<0.05)。观察组患者的生活质量改善率、总体有效率、疾病控制率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气活血法治疗卵巢癌患者,可以明显降低其血清HE4、SMRP及肿瘤标记物水平,调节机体免疫力,提高预后生活质量,改善疾病治疗的有效率和控制率。
Objective:To explore the effect of Yiqi Huoxue method on ovarian cancer and its effects on serum human epididymis protein 4(HE4),soluble mesothelin-related peptide(SMRP)and tumor markers,and provide reference for its clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:85 cases of ovarian cancer patients were selected as the research objects.According to the random number method,they were randomly divided into the control group(n=45)and the observation group(n=40),among which the control group was given conventional TP chemotherapy,and the observation group was treated with the method of invigorating qi and activating blood circulation on the basis of the above treatment.Changes in serum human epididymal protein 4(HE4),soluble mesothelium-related peptide(SMRP)and tumor markers before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Changes in immune function and quality of life before and after treatment were analyzed.After 1 year of follow-up,the overall efficiency and disease control rate difference between the two groups after treatment were compared.Results:Serum HE4,SMRP,CEA,NSE,CA19-9,CA125 levels,CD4^+CD25^+,CD8^-CD28^-,CD8^+CD28^-,CD8+CD28+levels were significantly lower in the two groups after treatment than before treatment,and the above indicators were significantly lower in the observation group(P<0.05).The improvement rate of quality of life,overall effective rate and disease control rate of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Huoxue therapy for patients with ovarian cancer can significantly reduce the serum levels of HE4,SMRP and tumor markers,regulate the body immunity,improve the prognosis quality of life,improve the efficiency and control rate of disease treatment,and have certain clinical application value.
