摘要
目的分析在消化内科护理教学中临床教学路径的应用效果。方法在2017年7月-2018年7月期间,选取该院消化内科实习生80名,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40名。对照组实习生给予传统临床带教方式,观察组实习生给予临床教学路径方式,对比两组实习生教学后的效果。结果观察组实习生平均理论考核成绩和操作考核成绩以及教学满意度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在消化内科护理教学中给予临床教学路径方式,能够提高实习生的综合能力,从而消化内科实习教学质量明显提高,教学满意度明显提升。
Objective To analyze the application effect of clinical teaching pathways in nursing teaching of digestive medicine.Methods During the period from July 2017 to July 2018,80 interns from the department of Gastroenterology were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 40 cases each.The control group interns were given traditional clinical teaching methods,and the observation group interns were given clinical teaching pathways,and the effects of the two groups of interns were compared.Results The average theoretical and operational assessment scores and teaching satisfaction of the trainees in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Giving clinical teaching pathways in nursing teaching of Gastroenterology can improve the comprehensive ability of interns,so the quality of Gastroenterology practice teaching is significantly improved,and teaching satisfaction is significantly improved.
