摘要
目的:探究采用临床教学路径对消化内科护生进行带教的效果。方法:将2017年3月至2019年9月期间在台山市人民医院消化内科进行实习的80例护生作为研究对象。将这些护生随机平均分为参照组和研究组。对参照组护生实施传统带教。采用临床教学路径对研究组护生实施带教。然后,比较两组护生接受各项考核的成绩及对带教效果的满意度。结果:带教后,研究组护生接受理论知识考核的评分、接受操作技能考核的评分、接受综合能力考核的评分及对带教效果的满意率均高于参照组护生,P<0.05。结论:采用临床教学路径对消化内科护生进行带教的效果显著,可提高其理论知识的水平、操作技能的水平、综合能力及对带教效果的满意度。
Objective:To explore the effect of clinical teaching on nursing students in gastroenterology department.Methods:A total of 80 nursing students who had internship in the Department of Gastroenterology of Taishan People’s Hospital from March 2017 to September 2019 were studied.The nursing students were randomly divided into the reference group and the study group.The nursing students in the reference group were given traditional instruction.The clinical teaching path was adopted to teach the nursing students in the study group.Then,the scores of the two groups of nursing students were compared and their satisfaction with the teaching effect was compared.Results:After the teaching,the scores of theoretical knowledge assessment,operational skills assessment,comprehensive ability assessment and satisfaction rate of the nursing students in the study group we re all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical teaching method is effective for nursing students in gastroenterology department,which can improve their theoretical knowledge,operational skills,comprehensive ability and satisfaction with the teaching effect.
