摘要
信息技术的发展促进了教学方式和学习行为的变革,全球范围内教学和学习的信息技术发展得到了普遍重视。信息技术背景下,教育教学具有四方面特征:学习者参与的开放性、在线资源的生成性、学习行为的独立性、数据资源的可用性等,这些特征既适用于普通教育,亦适用于职业教育。信息技术背景下,职业教育更需要技术的渗透,职业院校学生需具备信息意识、信息知识、信息能力、信息伦理等信息素养。职业院校可以通过“技术是基础、标准是导向、课程是依托、教师是支持”培养学生的信息素养。
The development of information technology has promoted the reform of teaching methods and learning behaviors,and the development of information technology in teaching and schools has been widely valued worldwide.Under the background of information technology,education and teaching mainly have four characteristics:the openness of learners’participation,the generation of online resources,the independence of learning behaviors,and the availability of data resources.These characteristics are applicable to both general and vocational education.Under the background of information technology,vocational education needs the penetration of technology,and students in vocational colleges need to be equipped with information awareness,information knowledge,information ability,information ethics and other information literacy.To improve students’information literacy,vocational colleges should develop new mixed cultivation model from aspects of technology,standard,curriculum and teachers,which is“technology is the foundation,standard is the guidance,curriculum is the support,and teachers are the support”.
