摘要
目的观察患者采用点阵激光联合得宝松超声导入治疗斑秃的临床疗效。方法将62例斑秃患者随机均分成对照组(31例,采用5%米诺地尔酊治疗)和观察组(31例,点阵激光联合得宝松超声导入治疗)。结果观察组治疗有效率高于对照组、皮肤病生活质量指数量表(DLQI)评分优于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用点阵激光联合得宝松超声导入治疗斑秃疗效显著,有利于患者预后,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of dot-matrix laser combined with prednisone ultrasound in the treatment of patients with alopecia areata.Methods Totally 62 patients with alopecia areata were randomly divided into the control group(31 cases,treated with 5%minoxidil tincture)and the observation group(31 cases,treated with dot matrix laser combined with ultrasound introduction).Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the DLQI score was better than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dot-matrix laser combined with ultrasound in the treatment of alopecia areata is effective,which is beneficial to the prognosis of patients and worthy of clinical promotion.
