摘要
指出了普通高校"对分模式"教学改革的必要性。"对分课堂+翻转课堂"教学模式在课堂教学中的应用与实践主要体现在能够创新教学模式,使学习形式多样化,使考试形式多元化。教师应通过多样化的教学手段和教学方法来提升学生的积极性,引导学生通过微课、慕课(MOOCS)、有道精品课、网易精品课等多种渠道来获取教学资源。可以在课前将教学的重难点内容以视频的形式供学生进行浏览观看,让学生可以在课前对教学内容有一个初步了解。对于学生的考量与测评应该是综合、全面的,要考虑到学生的平时表现、进步空间、实践表现以及团队协作能力。
This article introduces the necessity of teaching reform of"Bisection mode"in universities.The application and practice of the"Bisection classroom+Flipped classroom"teaching model in teaching are mainly reflected in the ability to innovate the teaching model,diversify the learning form,and diversify the examination form.Teachers should motivate the enthusiasm of students through diversified teaching mode and methods,and guide students to obtain teaching resources through multiple channels such as micro-classes,MOOCs,Youdao quality courses,and Netease quality courses.Before and after class,the content of the major and difficult points of teaching can be viewed and viewed by students in the form of video,so that students can have a preliminary understanding of the content before class.The consideration and evaluation of students should be comprehensive,taking into account their usual performance,potential for improvement,practical performance and teamwork ability.
