摘要
以6107运输巷掘进为研究对象,分析了影响巷道快速掘进的因素,根据巷道顶板完整、顶板破碎和易片帮区域分别设计了3种不同的掘进工艺。巷道掘进后采用锚网索支护和注浆加固来提高巷道围岩强度,并设计了支护参数,通过监测巷道围岩变形量来检验支护效果。根据监测结果可知,支护取得了良好效果,有效减小了巷道围岩变形量。巷道稳定性的提高进一步提高了掘进速率。
Taking 6107 transportation roadway as the research object, the factors influencing the rapid roadway driving were analyzed. According to the complete roof of the roadway, the broken roof and the easy-splitting area, three different driving technologies were designed. After the tunnel was excavated, the anchor net support and grouting reinforcement were used to improve the surrounding rock strength of the tunnel, and the supporting parameters were designed.The monitoring effect of the tunnel was verified by monitoring the deformation of the surrounding rock of the tunnel. According to the monitoring results, the support has achieved good results and effectively reduced the deformation of the surrounding rock of the tunnel. The increase in the stability of the roadway further improves the driving rate.
