摘要 本文以邢东矿2129工作面泄水巷掘进工程为例,对大倾角大断面复杂条件下快速掘进工艺进行了实践。目前巷道掘进与工作面回采相比,掘进机械化程度更新换代进展相对比较缓慢,严重制约着矿井安全高效的发展。随着矿井生产年限的增长,出煤线路长、煤层赋存深、地压大、断层多等矿井地质条件日趋复杂,矿井采掘接替日趋紧张,巷道快速掘进显得尤为重要。通过对2129泄水巷快速掘进工艺的技术研究,为矿井其它巷道快速掘进提供了经验和技术支持。 Xingdong Mine 2129 working face drainage roadway driving project was taken as an example to practice the rapid mining technology under complicated conditions with large inclination and large section.At present,compared with working face mining,the progress of roadway mechanization was relatively slow,which seriously restricted the safe and efficient development of the mine.With the increase of the production life of the mine,the mine's geological conditions such as long coal exit lines,deep coal seams,high ground pressure,and many faults were more and more complicated,mining succession was becoming increasingly tense,and fast roadway excavation was particularly important.Through technical research on the rapid digging technology of 2129 drainage tunnel,it provided experience and technical support for rapid mining of other mines.
