摘要 深井掘进矿压大、地质复杂、巷道凿岩成孔困难,钻孔效率低,爆破效果差,岩巷掘进循环作业进尺小。为解决高应力坚硬围岩条件下的巷道快速钻爆问题,某矿采用了直眼中空四角柱式掏槽、多向聚能爆破、井巷定向断裂巷道轮廓成形技术,增加了循环进尺和掘进效率,减少了支护和爆破材料消耗,实现了全岩巷道快速钻爆。 The existing problems in the deep excavating process is that the mine pressure is large, the geology condition is complex, mine disasters is serious, the drilling is difficulties, drilling efficiency is low, blasting effect is poor, rock drivage advance per round is small. In order to solve the fast drilling and blasting problem under the high stress condition, a mine use a straight hollow quadrangular prism cutting, multidirectional cumulative blasting , smooth blasting technique, which increased the advance per round and driving efficiency, reduced support and blasting material consumption, and realized the fast drilling and blasting drivage of the whole rock roadway.
