摘要
目的:了解新型冠状病毒肺炎期间定点收治医院护士心理健康状况及社会支持度之间的关系,为更有针对性对护士进行心理疏导,减轻护士的心理压力,促进护士心理健康提供有力证据。方法:采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)及潜在压力调查表,对广东省深圳市定点收治新型冠状病毒肺炎医院的564名护士进行问卷调查。结果:存在抑郁状态的护士占所有受试者的37.41%(211/564),存在焦虑状态的护士占所有受试者的30.14%(170/564),社会低支持及社会中支持状态对抑郁、焦虑状态的存在具有明显相关性。结论:社会群体应在疫情期间给予抗疫一线护士多方面的社会支持,尽量减少压力施加,护理管理者应有针对性的进行干预,指导护士更好的应对突发公共卫生事件,最大程度地减轻护士心理问题。
Objective:To understand the relationship between the mental health status and social support of nurses in hospitals during the period of COVID-19,so as to provide strong evidence for the psychological counseling of nurses,reduce the psychological pressure of nurses and improve the mental health of nurses.Methods:Using SAS,SDS,PSSS and potential stress questionnaire,564 nurses were investigated in Shenzhen City,Guangdong Province.Results:The nurses with depression accounted for 37.41%(211/564)of all subjects,and the nurses with anxiety accounted for 30.14%(170/564)of all subjects.Conclusions:Social groups should provide the first-line nurses with social support during the epidemic period,reduce the pressure as much as possible,nursing management should carry out targeted intervention,guide nurses to better respond to public health emergencies,and alleviate the psychological problems of nurses to the greatest extent.
