摘要
为调查贵州省护理学本科生的专业认同和领悟社会支持,本研究采用了胡忠华编制的护理本科生专业认同问卷以及Gerg Zimet等编制的领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)对贵州省三所医学院校共300名有效大学生被试进行问卷调查。通过数据分析得出:被试专业认同的总体情况处于一般水平,不同录取方式、就读原因的被试之间专业认同存在差异;被试的领悟社会支持水平处于高支持状态,不同性别的被试之间领悟社会支持中家庭支持存在差异;专业认同与领悟社会支持不存在显著相关,与领悟社会支持中的家庭支持、朋友支持、其他支持各维度均不存在显著相关;专业认同中的专业认识、专业情感、专业意志、专业价值观与领悟社会支持及其家庭支持、朋友支持、其他支持各维度均不存在显著相关;专业认同中的专业技能与领悟社会支持及其家庭支持、朋友支持、其他支持各维度均存在显著负相关;专业认同中的专业期待与领悟社会支持中的其他支持存在显著正相关,与领悟社会支持及其家庭支持、朋友支持维度不存在显著相关;领悟社会支持中的其他支持对专业认同中的专业技能有负向预测的作用,对专业认同中的专业期望有正向预测的作用。
To investigate the professional identity and perceived social support of nursing undergraduates in Guizhou Province, this study used Hu Zhonghua’s professional identity questionnaire for nursing undergraduates and Gerg Zimet’s perceived social support scale (PSSs) to investigate 300 effective college students in three medical colleges in Guizhou Province. Through data analysis, we concluded that: the overall situation of the participants’ professional identity is at a general level, and there are differences in professional identity among participants with different admission methods and registration reasons;the level of perceived social support is at a high level, and there are differences in family support of perceived social support among participants with different genders;there is no significant correlation between professional identity and perceived social support, and there is no significant correlation between professional identity and family support, friend support and other support of perceived social support;professional recognition, professional emotion, professional will and professional values in professional identity are not significantly related to perceived social support and its dimensions;professional skills of professional identity are negatively correlated with perceived social support and its dimensions;professional expectations of professional identity are positively correlated with other support of perceived social support while not correlated with other dimensions of perceived social support;other support of perceived social support has a negative predictive effect on professional skills and a positive predictive effect on professional expectations.
