摘要
飞机机翼是飞机结构中重要承力部件,机翼部件试验支持刚度是机翼静强度试验的关键环节。验证试验表明:基于简支弹性梁的机翼支持刚度模拟技术理论正确,刚度调整方便快捷、有效;铰支点可调的结构构型可使支持弯曲刚度具有充分的可调范围,实现了机翼弯曲支持刚度精确化。
Airfoil is an important force-bearing component in aircraft structure,and the supporting stiffness of wing component test is the key link of static strength test of airfoil.The validation test shows that the simulation technology of wing support stiffness based on simply supported elastic beams is correct,and the stiffness adjustment is convenient,fast and effective.The structure configuration with adjustable hinge fulcrum can make the support flexural stiffness have sufficient adjustable range and realize the accuracy of wing flexural support stiffness.
