摘要
高职康复治疗技术专业临床实践在医学教育中非常重要,可以明显提高学生对专业的认识与理解能力,提高学生分析问题的能力以及实践和创新等综合能力。南京市江宁医院与江苏卫生健康职业学院合作开展驻点班教学,以就业为导向进行教学实践改革探索,通过实践课程体系建设(如增加实践操作、床边带教等),实践教学模式建设(如实行导师全程管理制、“一对五”带教“双育互评”模式),以及实践考核体系建设,使得连续两届毕业生在就业面试时展现较好的应对能力和操作水平。作者对基于就业为导向高职康复治疗技术专业的教学实践改革进行了总结并分享经验体会,为同类院校的教学体系科学构建和教学的有效实施提供帮助与指导。
The clinical practice of rehabilitation technology in higher vocational education is very important,which improves the understanding of the specialty,as well as the ability of practice and innovation obviously.The Affiliated Jiangning Hospital of Nanjing Medical University cooperated with Jiangsu Health Vocational College to carry out resident teaching and explore the reform of teaching practice under the guidance of employment.Through practical construction of curriculum systems(such as increasing the practice operation,bedside teaching),practical construction of teaching modes(such as the tutor,whole-process management system,“one to five”and“double-blind mutual evaluation”),as well as the practical construction of assessment system,graduates of two consecutive years have shown desired effects.This paper summarizes the teaching practice reform of employment-oriented rehabilitation technology major in higher vocational education,in order to provide guidance for the scientific construction of the teaching system and the effective implementation of teaching.
