摘要
目的:建立炎消迪娜儿糖浆中芦丁含量的测定方法。方法:经200~600 nm的UV-Vis光谱扫描,确定258 nm处为主吸收峰,故选择258 nm下测定芦丁含量,进行精密度、重复性、稳定性及加样回收率等方法学考察。结果:芦丁浓度在0~22μg/mL范围内吸光度呈良好的线性关系,确定回归方程为:Y=0.03435*X+0.00871,R^2=0.99966。结论:本方法测定48批次的样品,结果准确,新建立方法简便,可用于炎消迪娜儿糖浆中芦丁的含量测定。
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of Rutin in Yanxiao dinar syrup by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.Method:The main absorption peak at 258 nm was determined by UV-Vis spectroscopy at 200~600 nm.The rutin content was determined at 258 nm,and the precision,repeatability,stability and recovery were investigated.Result:The absorbance of Rutin in the range of 0~22μg/mL showed a good linear relationship.The regression equation was Y=0.03435·X+0.00871 and R2=0.99966.Conclusion:The method is accurate and simple for the determination of Rutin in Yanxiao dinar syrup.It can be used for the determination of Rutin in Yanxiao dinar syrup.
