摘要
研究目标:探究东、中、西部区域因终端能源消费产生的PM2.5排放区域差异、驱动因素。研究方法:运用能源消费统计因子表、Theil指数法、LMDI模型分解法。研究发现:经济增长是PM2.5排放的决定性因素,区域间PM2.5排放量差异与经济发展具有较高的单一趋势性;东、中、西部区域内差异是区域差异的主要来源;中西部区域有着更低的技术水平,有着更高的PM2.5边际减排潜力;区域间煤炭的消耗量差异直接决定了区域间PM2.5排放水平差异;中国目前排放强度效应、产业结构效应主要发生在工业部门,工业部门是PM2.5增排或减排的主要部门。研究创新:以终端能源消费产生的PM2.5排放量为研究对象,探究东、中、西部区域PM2.5排放差异及背后的驱动因素与经济学机理。研究价值:有助于制定政策以缩小区域PM2.5排放差距,并为中国各区域制定PM2.5减排任务和减排目标提供建议。
Research Objectives:Regional differences and driving factors of PM2.5 emissions due to terminal energy consumption in the eastern,central and western regions.Research Methods:This paper uses energy consumption statistical factor table,Theil index method,LMDI model decomposition method.Research Findings:The four driving factors that cause the regional PM2.5 emissions differences are economic scale,emission intensity,structural effects,population size effects.Economic growth is the decisive factor for PM2.5 emissions,and regional PM2.5 emissions Differences and economic development have a high single trend.Differences within the eastern,central,and western regions are the main sources of regional differences.Compared with eastern regions,the central and western regions have a lower level of technology and have higher marginal PM2.5 Marginal emission reduction potential to reduce emissions.For each ton of additional coal consumption,an additional PM2.5 emission of 0.74kg is added,and regional differences in coal consumption directly determine regional differences in PM2.5 fine particulate emissions.Current emissions in China the intensity effect and industrial structure effect mainly occur in the industrial sector.Research Innovations:This paper takes PM2.5 emissions from terminal energy consumption as the research object,and explores the PM2.5 emissions differences in eastern,central and western regions,the driving factors behind them and the economic mechanism.Research Value:This paper helps to make policies to educe the regional PM2.5 emission gap,and provides suggestions for the establishment of PM2.5 emission reduction tasks and emission reduction targets in various regions of China.
