摘要
本文针对亚太地区某些热带沿海城市的形成、发展过程,分析这一类城市所具有的空间形态特点——由国际化地区和传统地区两部分组成,两者在效率、健康、环境条件方面有明显的差别,但在历史进程中亦互相渗透、互相影响、共同发展。 这类城市在当今时代具备了为外国投资提供良好条件的优势。殖民主义时代的城市结构及建筑物,在新的时代可以继续发挥其经济价值和社会价值,CBD的形成就是一个实例。
This article,in accordance with the evolution and development of some tropical coastal cities in the Asian Pacific region,analyses their particular spatial characteristics----internationally and traditionally.They on the one hand differ very much from each other in efficiency,health and environmental conditions;on the other mutually infiltrate,influence and develop in the proceedings of history.Nowadays,these kind of cities possess the advantages for attracting overseas investment.The urban structure and buildings of the colonialist time can still play role to the present in terms of their economic and social values,the formation of CBD is an example.
