硬岩填石路堤大厚度振动压实施工技术 被引量:3

摘要 为了指导填筑层厚大于60 cm的填石路堤的施工,通过采用自重32 t的大功率压路机及配套施工机械,开展了大厚度硬岩填石路堤的振动压实现场试验,并对多个压实质量指标进行了评价,获得了填石路堤大厚度振动压实的质量检测方法及评价标准。研究结果表明:针对大厚度硬岩填石路堤的振动压实,32 t振动压路机的有效碾压厚度为90 cm。建议采用松铺系数、沉降差和施工工艺等指标综合评价压实质量。 In order to guide the construction of rock-filled embankment with a layer thickness greater than 60 cm,a field test of the vibratory compaction of hard rock-filled embankment with large thickness was carried out by using a 32-tonne high-power roller and supporting construction machines.Several compaction quality indicators were evaluated,and the quality detection methods and evaluation standards for large-thickness vibratory compaction of rock-filled embankment were obtained.The results show that the effective compaction thickness of a 32-tonne vibratory roller is 90 cm for the vibratory compaction of hard rock-filled embankment with large thickness.It is recommended to comprehensively evaluate the compaction quality using indicators such as the coefficient of loose laying,settlement difference and construction technology.
