摘要 浩吉铁路(原蒙华铁路)位于毛乌素沙漠腹地,风积沙资源丰富。如果将风积沙作为路基填料将会节省大量资金。文中采用湿法填筑对风积沙填料不同摊铺厚度,不同的机械组合方式和压实遍数等施工工艺进行研究。结果表明:风积沙作为路基填料在天然含水率下表面洒水压实是可行的;含水率控制区间在6.3%~11.3%;合理分层厚度为30 cm,对应的松铺系数区间为1.1~1.14之间。提出了合理的机械组合和压实遍数。该成果已在浩吉铁路得到实施,加快了施工进度,节省了大量人力物力。 Haoji Railway(the former Menghua railway)is located in the hinterland of the Maowusu Desert,with abundant aeolian sand resources.If aeolian sand is used as subgrade filling,a lot of money will be saved.Therefore,in this paper,the construction technology of aeolian sand filling,such as different paving thickness,different mechanical combination and compaction times was studied by using wet filling.The results show that it is feasible to use aeolian sand as roadbed filling material to spray water and compact under the natural moisture content;the moisture content control range is 6.3%-11.3%;the reasonable layer thickness of wet construction is 30 cm,and the corresponding loose paving coefficient range is 1.1-1.14.Reasonable mechanical combination and compaction times were put forward.This achievement has been implemented in Haoji Railway,which speeds up the construction progress and saves a lot of manpower and material resources.
