摘要
目的探讨联合尿碘水平与甲状腺功能检测对预测妊娠早期先兆流产的价值。方法选取88例在茂名市中医院就诊的孕早期妇女为研究对象,分成两组,其中发生先兆流产的妇女为观察组,健康妇女为对照组,采集两组尿液与血液标本,测定两组尿碘水平及血清游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)及促甲状腺激素(TSH)指标水平。对比两组尿碘检查结果及甲状腺疾病检出情况。结果观察组尿碘水平显著高于对照组,碘缺乏、碘过量发生率也明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者血清FT3、FT4、TSH均低于对照组,观察组甲状腺疾病总发生率为30.00%,低于对照组的4.17%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床中采取尿碘水平联合甲状腺功能检测方式对妊娠早期先兆流产的预测价值显著,值得推广。
Objective To explore the value of combined urine iodine level and thyroid function detection in predicting threatened abortion in early pregnancy.Methods 88 cases of women in early pregnancy were selected and divided into two groups.The women with threatened abortion were in the observation group, and healthy women were in the control group. Urine and blood samples were collected from the two groups to measure urinary iodine levels and serum FT3, FT4 and TSH levels.Results The urine iodine level in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the incidence of iodine deficiency and excess was also significantly higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Serum FT3, FT4 and TSH in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the total incidence of thyroid disease in the observation group was 30.00%, which was lower than that in the control group(4.17%), with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Urine iodine level combined with thyroid function test has a significant value in predicting early threatened abortion and is worth promoting.
