摘要
财商是儿童成长不可或缺的基本素养,是儿童金钱观和价值观的集中体现,开展儿童财商教育对树立科学的儿童财富管理理念,促进儿童全面发展具有重要意义。借鉴国外财商教育的经验,通过实证研究发现,我国儿童财商教育存在民众缺乏正确认知、儿童财商教育专业化不足、缺乏儿童财商教育途径等问题,提出设计不同年龄的儿童财商教育内容,提高家长的儿童财商教育意识,培养财商教育专职教师队伍,建立家庭、学校和社会共同参与的财商教育主体等建议,同时探析儿童财商教育的路径,具体包括培养儿童科学消费意识和习惯、提高儿童金钱管理能力、认识金融工具和投资风险等。
As an indispensable and basic literacy for children during their growth,financial quotient(FQ)has become an epitome for their beliefs and values connected with money.It is of great significance for children to establish a scientific concept of wealth management and promote their all-round development to provide them with education on finance.Drawing on overseas experience in financial education,the article conducts an empirical research and finds that the current financial education for children in China has been faced with multiple problems such as insufficiency,public recognition,the shortage of professionalization of children-oriented financial education,and the absence of relevant education channels.It comes forward with suggestions on designing differentiated content of financial education for children at different ages,raising parents’awareness of financial education for their children,cultivating full-time education workers,and implementing financial education with the participation of families,schools,and society.In addition,it gives an exploration of the paths to children-oriented financial education such as the cultivation of scientific consumption awareness and habits among children,the improvement of their capability in financial management,and the knowledge of financial instrument and investment risks.
