摘要
群众路线是党的生命线和根本工作路线,也是工会工作的生命线。坚持群众路线是做好工会工作的必然要求和有力保障。因此,广大工会干部要坚持群众立场、增强群众意识、深化群众感情、提升群众工作能力。同时,更好地坚持群众路线也对于改进优化工会工作、充分发挥工会组织的作用和团结引领广大职工群众建功立业有着重要的政治和现实意义。
The mass line is the lifeline and fundamental working principle of the Party and the trade union work. Adhering to the mass line is an inevitable requirement and a strong guarantee for completing trade union work, and it is necessary for the broad masses of trade union cadres to adhere to the position of the masses, enhance workers’ consciousness, deepen their feelings, and enhance their abilities to work. It is of great political and practical significance to better adhere to the mass line, to improve and optimize trade union work, to give full play to the role of trade union organizations, to unite and lead the broad masses of workers to meet the Party’s demands, and to focus on serving the overall situation of the country.
