摘要
综述我国专科护士发展现状以及危重症专科护士培训后岗位胜任力现状,分析危重症专科护士培训后胜任力影响因素。指出目前我国危重症专科护士培训后整体综合能力有显著提升,但在教学、健康教育及科研能力等方面还有待提高。
The status quo of the development of specialty nurses in China and post competence after training for critical care nurses were reviewed.The influencing factors of the competence of critical care nurses after training were analyzed.It was pointed out that the overall comprehensive ability of critical care nurses in China had been significantly improved after training,but the capabilitiesof teaching,health education and scientific research needed to be improved.
