摘要
目的通过对儿科重症监护专科护士的培训方式和培训效果进行探讨,为儿科重症监护专科护士的培养提供理论基础。方法2014—2021年云南省某三甲医院共进行8期儿科重症监护专科护士培训,通过对培训前和培训后的综合成绩进行比较,分析培训效果。结果共356名护士完成了专科护士培训,学员培训前后的综合成绩(理论、操作)合格率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论合理严谨的课程设置、多种形式的临床实践,可提高儿科重症监护专科护士培训效果,该培训方法具有可行性。
Objective To explore the training methods and effect of pediatric intensive care specialist nurses,and to provide theoretical basis for the training of pediatric intensive care specialist nurses.Methods A total of 8 sessions of pediatric intensive care specialist nurse training were conducted from 2014 to 2021 in a tertiary hospital in Yunnan Province,and the training effect was analyzed by comparing the comprehensive scores before and after training.Results A total of 356 nurses completed the training of specialist nurses,and there was significant difference in the pass rate of comprehensive scores(theory,operation)of trainees before and after training(P<0.05).Conclusion Reasonable and rigorous curriculum and various forms of clinical practice can improve the training effect of pediatric intensive care specialist nurses,and this training method is feasible.
