摘要
目的:调查ICU专科护士工作压力的现状,探讨影响ICU专科护士工作压力的因素。方法:采用护理人员一般资料问卷、中国护士工作压力源量表、工作倦怠量表对2013年参加中华护理学会第十一届危重症护士培训班并取得专科护士证的181名护士进行问卷调查,并对结果进行分析。结果:87.3%的ICU专科护士处于中、重度工作压力水平;各维度中以工作量及时间安排维度得分最高,为主要压力源;各条目中以条目8(工作量太大)得分最高;年龄、学历、职称、职务、聘用方式、ICU工作年限对ICU专科护士工作压力均无影响;情绪衰竭、工作冷漠感与工作压力及各维度均呈现显著正相关(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:医院管理者应采取针对性的措施,减少ICU专科护士的工作压力源,减轻工作倦怠感,从而提高护理质量。
Objective:To investigate the current situation of job stressors of ICU nurses and discuss the influencing factors. Methods:The general information questionnaire,the Chinese Nurse Job Stressors Questionnaire and Maslach Burnout Inventory were used to investigate 181 nurses who got the certificate after attending critical care training course sponsored by Chinese Nursing Association in 2013 and the in-vestigation results were analyzed. Results:87. 3% ICU nurses were in moderate and severe level of job stressors,the workload and time ar-rangement were the main job stressors. The emotional eXhaustion and unattractive indifference to work were positively correlated with job stressors(P〈0. 05,P〈0. 01). Conclusion:The hospital managers should pay attention to the job stressors of ICU nurses and take targeted measures to relieve their job burnout so as to improve the quality of nursing care.
