摘要 为改造环流化床(CFB)电厂在实施锅炉大气污染物超低排放能科学选择方案,选取某厂600 MW CFB锅炉为研究对象,从技术分析、投资、运行费用等方面,对不同脱硝、脱硫、除尘工艺的改造方案进行研究比较。选取最优方案:新增SNCR脱硝工艺,按入口NOx质量浓度160 mg/m3、脱硝效率大于68.75%设计;保留炉内喷钙脱硫系统,新增炉外半干法脱硫工艺,按FGD入口质量浓度3000 mg/m3、脱硫效率98.84%设计,按炉内脱硫效率80%运行;拆除现有电袋复合除尘器袋区,保留电除尘器,新增高效布袋除尘器,按烟尘原始质量浓度56.60 g/m3、总体除尘效率大于99.991%设计,为相关的600 MW CFB锅炉改造提供一定参考。 In order to guide CFB unit selecting scientific technical route of air pollutants ultra low emission modification,a 600 MW CFB boiler is chosen as the research object.From the aspects of technical analysis,investment,operating costs,etc.,the improvement schemes of different denitrification,desulphurization and dust removal processes are studied and compared.The results show that the optimum scheme is to add SNCR system,semi dry desulphurization system and new high efficiency bag filter,and the denitrification efficiency of SNCR is greater than 68.75%according to the inlet NOx concentration of 160 mg/m3.The desulphurization system with calcium injection in furnace is retained,and the desulfurization efficiency of semi dry desulphurization system is 98.84%according to the inlet SO2 concentration of 3000 mg/m3,and the operating desulfurization efficiency in furnace is 80%.Bags of the existing ESP is removed while the ESP was retained,and the overall dust removal efficiency is greater than 99.991%according to the original dust concentration of 56.60 g/m3.
