摘要
循环流化床锅炉排放的污染气体有SO2,NOx和N2O等,若单独、孤立地降低其中一种,已不能满足越来越严格的生态环境保护要求,对这三项排放指标的控制,须同时考虑,实施综合降低,以适应大容量循环流化床锅炉发展的需要。通过分析和综合比较SO2,NOx及N2O排放的影响因素,提出了综合控制SO2,NOx及N2O排放的方法和措施,对循环流化床锅炉的设计和运行有一定的参考价值。
The foul gas from circulating fluidized bed boilers basically contains SO2, NOx and N2O. Solely reducing one of them can no longer meet the more and more rigorous requirements of environmental protection. The control on the emission of SO2, NOx and N2O must be simultaneously considered and the comprehensive reduction of their emission amount should be practiced to adapt to the development of heavy-duty circulating fluidized bed boilers. By analyzing and comprehensively comparing the influencing factors about the emission of SO2, NOx and N2O from circulating fluidized bed boilers, some measures of comprehensively controlling their emission are presented, which are valuable to the design and operation on circulating fluidized bed boilers.
