化学链中失活铁矿石载氧体的改性提质研究 被引量:2

Modification of Deactivated Iron Ore as Oxygen Carriers in Chemical Looping Combustion

摘要 本文以甲烷和煤粉化学链燃烧连续运行后的天然铁矿石载氧体为主体,采用Cu浸渍法对载氧体进行改性提质,在批次流化床上的化学链燃烧反应特性的研究。制备Cu质量分数ω为3%,6%和10%的三种载氧体,分别测试其载氧性能,并探究了温度、过氧系数、循环次数对于修饰后载体性能的影响。结果表明浸渍6%Cu的铁矿石载体性能最为优异;最优化的操作条件为:反应温度950℃、过氧系数3;在5次循环中,性能稳定,未出现随循环次数的增加性能衰减。反应后的载氧体保持了丰富的孔隙结构,未出现烧结现象。实验结果表明,采用浸渍法对失活天然铁矿石进行Cu改性提质是一种可行有效的办法。 Natural iron ores,which had been tested in a continuous operation of chemical looping combustion fed with methane and coal,were improved by Cu decoration.Then the performance of Cu-decorated oxygen carriers in chemical looping combustion were investigated in a batch fluidized bed.Different Cu fraction of 3%,6%and 10%loaded on the iron ores were prepared and the oxygen transport capacity were tested respectively.The iron ore oxygen carrier decorated with 6%Cu showed the best performance.The optimal operating conditions was found as:the reaction temperature=950℃,with oxygen carrier to fuel ratio Φ=3.In 5 redox cycles,the oxygen transport capacity of 6 CuFe was stable.After the reaction,the oxygen carrier maintained a porous structure without sintering.The results showed that the Cu-decoration method was a feasible way to improve the reactivity deactivated natural iron ore as oxygen carriers.
