化学链燃烧技术中新型氧载体CaSO_4的特性研究 被引量:49

摘要 本文提出了一种新的用于化学链燃烧的氧载体: CaSO4,对CaSO4作为氧载体时与CH4组成系统的热力学性能进行了研究,结果表明,在适当的温度范围内, CaSO4还原的直接产物是CaS,而不是CaO和SO2;CaS氧化的直接产物为CaSO4,也不是CaO和SO2。因此,CaSO4可以作为化学链燃烧的氧载体,而且不会有大量的SO2生成。同时,使用热重一红外分析仪研究了CaSO4和CH4系统的动力学特性,利用Coats-Redfern积分式得到CH4还原 CaSO4的反应活化能E=1721.31 kJ/mol。 A new oxygen carrier CaSO4 used in chemical-looping combustion is developed. The thermodynamics characteristics of system consisted of CaSO4 and CH4 are analysed using the Facility of Analysis on Chemical Thermodynamics. The results show that the reductive product of CaSO4 is CaS instead of CaO and SO2; the oxidative product of CaS is CaSO4 instead of CaO and SO2. Therefore, CaSO4 as oxygen carrier can be used in chemical-looping combustion, and a large amount of SO2 will not be emitted. Meanwhile, the reaction kinetics of system consisted of CaSO4 and CH4 are studied using TG-FTIR. The activation energy of the reaction between CaSO4 with CH4 is obtained, which is E = 1721.31 kJ/mol.
