摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶燃烧法制备了铜基氧载体CuO/CuAl_2O_4,利用热重分析仪研究了铜基氧载体的释氧性能,并在固定床反应器内对铜基氧载体的释氧和吸氧特性进行了实验研究。结果表明,CO_2气氛下,铜基氧载体能够释放出O_2,随反应温度增加,O_2-CO_2混合气体中O_2含世增加,反应时间减少.释氧后的铜基氧载体能够吸收N_2-O_2混合气中的O_2,吸氧速率及转化率同时受到热力学和动力学控制.880℃为铜基氧载体最佳释氧与吸氧温度。
The Cu-based oxygen carrier CuO/CuAI204 was synthesized using sol-gel combustion method. The oxygen desorption characteristics of the Cu-based oxygen carrier were studied by TGA. The kinetic characteristics of the Cu-based oxygen carrier in releasing oxygen in pure CO2 gas and absorbing oxygen in N2-O2 mixed stream were investigated in a fixed bed reactor. The results show that the Cu-based oxygen carrier can release 02 in CO2 atmosphere. The concentration of O2 in the O2-CO2 mixed stream will increase and the reaction time will decrease as the temperature increases. The Cu-based oxygen carrier can absorb O2 from N2-O2 mixed stream. The reaction rate and conversion rate are controlled by the reaction kinetics and the thermodynamics. The best temperature for the Cu-based oxygen carrier to release and absorb O2 is 880℃.
