摘要
目的:利用风险管理与控制的基本原理,采取风险控制措施,确保铁路食品安全。方法:分析铁路食品安全管理中存在的风险因素,利用风险管理相关方面理论加以控制和消除。结果:通过查找铁路食品安全管理中存在的风险,分别在对内、对外、风险控制体系得出风险点位。结论:在新的形势下摸索出一条适应我国法律又符合自身管理要求的铁路食品安全特色模式,从而来确保铁路食品安全管理。
objective:Using the basic principle of risk management and control to ensure railway food safety.Methods:The risk factors in railway food safety management were analyzed,and the related aspects of risk management were used to control and eliminate them.Results:By looking up the risks existing in railway food safety management,we found out a system for constructing railway food safety risk management and risk control measures for different risk points.Conclusion:Under the new situation,a special model of railway food safety which is suitable to the laws of our country and meets the requirements of our own management is found to ensure railway food safety management.
