摘要
目的探讨针灸推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病患者的疗效。方法选取2017年3月至2018年10月本院收治的椎动脉型颈椎病患者70例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各35例。对照组应用针灸治疗,观察组应用针灸联合推拿治疗,比较两组治疗效果、疾病症状积分及血流动力学水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组头痛、眩晕、恶心呕吐与肩颈痛积分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组平均血流速度高于对照组,血管搏动指数与阻力指数低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均未发生明显不良反应。结论针灸联合推拿可有效治疗椎动脉型颈椎病,促进患者疾病症状积分降低,改善血流动力学水平。
Objective To investigate the effect of acupuncture and massage on vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis patients. Methods A total of 70 patients with cervical spondylosis of the vertebral artery type treated in our hospital from March 2017 to October 2018 were selected and they were divided into the control group and the observation group, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with acupuncture,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture and massage, and the treatment effect, disease symptom score and hemodynamic level were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of headache, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, and shoulder and neck pain in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The average blood flow velocity in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the vascular pulsation index and resistance index were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between two groups. Conclusion Acupuncture combined with massage can effectively treat cervical spondylosis of the vertebral artery type, promote the reduction of disease symptom scores, and improve the hemodynamic level.
