摘要
目的对椎动脉型颈椎病的治疗中运用中西医联合的方式的临床治疗效果及安全性进行分析,以期为不断提高临床疗效及合理用药提供参考。方法对2016年9月—2017年9月接收的84例经临床确诊为椎动脉型颈椎病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,按照治疗方式的不同将患者资料分为对照组(40例)与观察组(44例),对照组单纯采用盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗,观察组在此基础上联合采用针刺、推拿治疗,对2种治疗方案下患者临床治疗总有效率及并发症发生情况进行对比观察。结果与对照组相比,在临床治疗总有效率方面,观察组明显较高(P <0. 05);在并发症方面,观察组发生率显著较低(P <0. 05)。结论在椎动脉型颈椎病的治疗中联合运用中西医方法可取得较单纯西医治疗更好的疗效,促进患者椎-基底动脉血流的改善,且安全性较高,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect and safety of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type with,in order to provide reference for improving the clinical efficacy and rational use of drugs.Methods The clinical data of 84 patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type who were admitted in our hospital from September 2016.to September 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the different methods of treatment, the patients were divided into control group (40 cases)and observation group (44 cases).The control group was treated with flunarizine hydrochloride capsule alone,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture'and massage.The total effective rate of clinical treatment and the occurrence of complications were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was significantly higher (P <0.05),and the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower (P <0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of cervical spondylopathy of vertebral artery type can obtain higher curative effect than that of western medicine alone, promote the improvement of vertebrobasilar artery blood flow in patients with cervical spondylosis,and the safety is higher,which is worth popularizing.
