摘要
随着我国地铁进入快速发展时期,地铁便捷、舒适,为人们出行提供了方便,因此越来越多的人们选择地铁出行。在今后,地铁仍将是主要出行工具,并将承载更大运力。地铁给人们带来便利的同时也产生了一些问题。地铁乘客间的纠纷是民警日常处置最多的警情。从乘客间纠纷警情的特点和原因出发,提出了客流监测、强化打击、科技创新、警媒合作、群防群治等五个方面的纠纷警情防范,并最终强调了民警现场处置乘客间纠纷的技巧。
With the rapid development of China’s subway,it is convenient and comfortable for people to travel,so more and more people choose subway.In the future,subway will still be the main means of travel,and will carry more capacity.Subway brings convenience to people,but also some problems.The disputes among subway passengers are the most frequently handled by police.Based on the characteristics and causes of the disputes between passengers,this paper puts forward five aspects of the prevention of the disputes,which are passenger flow monitoring,strengthening strike,scientific and technological innovation,police media cooperation,mass prevention and mass governance,and finally emphasizes the skills of the police in dealing with the disputes between passengers on the spot.
