摘要
目的:观察自拟“抑瘤方”治疗成人弥漫内生型脑干胶质瘤(DIPG)的临床疗效。方法:纳入20例放弃西医治疗、自愿坚持中药治疗的成人DIPG患者,每日予“抑瘤方”配方颗粒口服,观察期1年,疗程结束后了解影像学进展情况,并进行有效率、不良反应及安全性评价。结果:1年疗程结束后,20例患者中,死亡4例,存活16例,1年生存率80%,临床稳定率40%(8/20)。结论:对于脑干胶质瘤(尤其是DIPG)这类西医无法手术、预后极差的患者,宜尽早介入中医药治疗,比单纯西医治疗更具优势。但患者长期服用中药确有困难,初诊后应密切随访,尽可能鼓励患者坚持用药。
Objective:The clinical efficacy of Yiliu Formula in the treatment of adult diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma(DIPG)was observed.Methods:Twenty adult DIPG patients who had given up western medicine treatment and voluntarily adhered to traditional Chinese medicine treatment were included.The prescription granule of Yiliu Formula was taken orally every day,and the observation period was one year.The imaging progress was understood after the course of treatment,and the effective rate,adverse reactions and safety were evaluated.Results:After one year of treatment,4 of the 20 patients died and 16 survived,with 1-year survival rate of 80%and clinical stability(SD)rate of 40%(8/20).Conclusion:For patients with brainstem glioma(especially DIPG),which cannot be operated on by western medicine and has a very poor prognosis,early intervention with traditional Chinese medicine is recommended,which is more advantageous than western medicine alone.However,it is indeed difficult for patients to take traditional Chinese medicine for a long time.Patients should be closely followed up after the initial diagnosis and encouraged to adhere to the medication as far as possible.
