摘要
目的评价我院喹诺酮类抗菌药物的临床合理应用情况。方法抽查我院2018年3034例使用喹诺酮类抗菌药物的门诊和急诊患者处方,对其中864例≥65岁且使用喹诺酮类抗菌药物患者的处方进行评价和分析。结果在864例老年患者中,有352例患者发生问题处方,其中未按照国家药监局新的说明书修改意见而错误选用喹诺酮药物342例、超适应证5例、无适应证1例、禁忌证用药4例等。结论我院喹诺酮类抗菌药物应用中存在不合理使用的情况,需要在抗菌药物管理工作组成员指导下,做好喹诺酮类安全、合理应用的工作。
Objective To evaluate the quinolones use in outpatients in 2018,provide reference for clinical rational use of antibiotics.Methods In 2018, 3034 outpatients and emergency patients of our hospital were randomly selected, of which 864 patients ≥65-years-old used quinolones and the prescriptions of them were evaluated.Results In 864 patients,352 case problem prescriptions are as follows: mistakenly selected quinolones 342, over-indication 5, no indication 1, contraindications 4 and so on.Conclusion There is unreasonable use of quinolones in our hospital, so we need to do a good job of quinolones safe and reasonable application under the guidance of the members of the antimicrobial management team.
