摘要
【目的/意义】作者学术影响力评价指标不断推陈出新,但尚缺乏在论文被引离散度层面对作者影响力的评价,本文提出一种综合论文被引频次平均性和均衡性的作者影响力评价指标--Gm指数。【方法/过程】以2009年-2018年图书情报领域发文量最高的20名学者文献数据为样本,采用熵权法确定作者论文被引频次平均性和均衡性的客观权重,计算作者的Gm指数,与h指数、g指数、篇均被引频次进行对比,并从稳定性、区分性和相关性角度讨论Gm指数的评价效果。【结果/结论】结果表明:Gm指数与h指数、g指数、篇均被引频次呈显著相关,与h指数、g指数相比,Gm指数的数据稳定性良好、对作者区分度较高。
【Purpose/significance】Although the evaluation index of author’s academic influence is advancing all the time,few evaluation index of author’s influence focuses on the level of cited dispersion. Therefore, this paper puts forward an evaluation index of author’s academic influence that focuses on the average and equilibrium of cited frequency-Gm index.【Method/process】The literature data of the top 20 scholars in library and information science area during 2009 to 2018 are taken as samples. Through the use of the entropy weight method, the objective weight of the average and equilibrium of cited frequency is determined and the author’s Gm-index is calculated, the index is then compared with h-index, g-index and the average articles citation frequency, and the evaluation effect of the-index is discussed from the perspectives of stability, differentiation and correlation.【Result/conclusion】The results show that the Gm-index is highly correlated with h-index, g-index and the average articles citation frequency. Compared with h-index and g-index, the Gm-index has good data stability and a high degree of authors differentiation.
