技术机会视角下的研发合作伙伴识别与选择研究 被引量:2

摘要 [研究目的]针对具象领域的潜在技术机会,精准寻找研发合作伙伴对企业高效开展技术创新以持续获取竞争优势至关重要。[研究方法]从技术机会视角出发,首先利用生成式拓扑映射方法将经由数据收集及预处理的相关专利信息进行了可视化表达,以识别技术机会;其次基于技术匹配度分析了目标企业与技术机会的联系,以筛选候选合作伙伴;然后构建了基于技术能力和技术集中度的竞争力组合图,以实现对候选合作伙伴的评估与选择;最后以智能水下机器人的技术路径优化为例验证了本文所提方法的可行性。[研究结论]案例研究表明,所提出的研发合作伙伴识别方法能够针对性地为企业实现技术创新机会推荐研发合作伙伴,为企业制定研发合作战略提供决策支持。 [Research purpose]To identify potential technology opportunities in figurative fields,it is crucial to find R&D partners precisely for companies to efficiently carry out technological innovation to continuously gain competitive advantages.[Research method]In this paper,from the perspective of technology opportunities,we firstly visualize the relevant patent information collected and pre-processed by using generative topology mapping method to identify technology opportunities;Secondly,we analyze the connection between target companies and technology opportunities based on technology matching degree to screen candidate partners;Then we construct a competitiveness portfolio map based on technology capability and technology concentration to realize the evaluation and selection of the feasibility of the proposed method is verified by using the technology path optimization of intelligent underwater robots as an example.[Research conclusion]This case study shows that the proposed identification method of R&D partners can recommend R&D partners for enterprises to realize technological innovation opportunities and provide decision support for enterprises to formulate R&D cooperation strategies.
