摘要
目的采用回顾性调查方法探究氨磺必利血药浓度在中国人群中的分布情况。方法采用二维液相色谱(2D-LC-UV)建立的氨磺必利血药浓度的检测方法收集服用氨磺必利住院患者的血药浓度,根据患者血药浓度、服药剂量、年龄和性别进行分析。结果测定的179例成人患者服用氨磺必利平均血药浓度为567.93 ng/ml,男性平均浓度为548.88 ng/ml,女性为631.45 ng/ml,明显高于现有指南的参考范围。结论二维液相色谱检测方法结果显示,中国人群中氨磺必利的血药浓度水平明显高于AGNP推荐的有效浓度范围,提示中国人群中氨磺必利的血药浓度与西方国家有所不同,这可能与多种影响因素有密切关系,应引起关注。
Objective To investigate the distribution of the blood concentration of amisulpride in Chinese by two-dimensional liquid chromatographic system(2 D-LC-UV).Methods The blood concentration of amisulpride was collected in hospitalized patients by the detection method established by 2 D-LC-UV,and was analyzed according to the patient′s blood concentration,dosage,age and gender.Results The average blood concentration of 179 adult patients after taking amisulpride was 567.93 ng/ml,and it was 548.88 ng/ml for male and 631.45 ng/ml for female,which were significantly higher than the reference range of the current guidelines.Conclusion The determination results by two-dimensional liquid chromatography,The blood concentration level of amisulpride in Chinese is significantly higher than the recommended effective concentration range in AGNP,which suggests that the blood concentration of amisulpride in Chinese may be different from that in Western countries,and this may be closely related to various influencing factors and should be paid attention to.
