摘要
建立了基于微波萃取技术的纺织品中含氯苯酚的超高效液相色谱检测方法。该方法以甲醇-水(8+2)为溶剂,以微波技术进行萃取,采用PDA检测器,流动相为乙腈/0.5%乙酸水溶液,在反相BEHC18色谱柱上进行梯度淋洗。试验结果表明,该方法能快速有效分离四氯苯酚(TeCP)和五氯苯酚(PCP),3个浓度水平均具有较好的线性关系,检出限分别为0.0005和0.0010mg/L。方法平均回收率在88.7%~98.8%之间,重复测定20次,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.6%。该方法前处理简单,免衍生化,结果可靠,适用于实际工作中纺织品中TeCP和PCP的快速检测。
A method of sim ultaneous determination of chlorinated phenols in textiles is established by a high performance liquid chromatography with microwave extraction.The sam ples are extracted by m icrow ave extraction with methanol-water(8+2),and the analysis is carried out in a reversed-phase BEH C18 colum n by gradient elution with acetonitrile/0.5% acetic acid solution as mobile phase.The results show that it can effectively separate the TeCP and PCP.The calibration curves for the method are linear and the detection limits are 0.0005 mg/L and 0.0010 mg/L.The average recoveries are 88.7%to 98.8%,with RSD of 0.6%(n=20).The method is accurate,derivatization-free and rapid,and is adapted to the determination of the TeCP and PCP in textiles.
