多烯磷脂酰胆碱联合异甘草酸镁治疗药物性肝损害疗效观察 被引量:7

Efficacy of Polyene Phosphatidylcholine Combined with Magnesium Glycyrrhizinate in the Treatment of Drug-induced Liver Damage

摘要 目的:探多烯磷脂酰胆碱联合异甘草酸镁治疗药物性肝损害疗效观察。方法:选择2016年10月至2018年11月治疗的由肺结核化疗所致的药物性肝损害患者82例作为研究对象,随机数字表分为对照组(n=41)和观察组(n=41)。对照组给予异甘草酸镁治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗,2个疗程治疗后对患者效果进行评估,比较两组患者治疗前后肝功能指标.的变化情况及两组患者治疗后症状和体征恢复时间及治疗后的不良反应比较。结果:两组患者治疗前肝功能各项指标比较无统计学意义(P>0I05);两组患者治疗后的.各项指标较治疗前有明显的改善,观察组患者经2个疗程治疗后谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、总.胆红素(TBL)指标均低于对照组(P<005);观察组患者经治疗后肝.功能恢复正常时间、乏力消失时间、恶心呕吐消失时间均低于对照组(P<005);观察组患者经治疗后出现的不良反应发生率对于对照组(P<005)。结论:将多烯磷脂酰胆碱联合异甘草酸镁运用在由肺结核化疗所致的药物性肝损害治疗中,治疗疗效显著,提高了肺结核的预后效果、能够促进患者的肝功能指标及体征恢复,且不良反应小,值得推广与应用。 Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of polyenephosphatidylcholine combined with magnesium glycyrrhizinate in the treatment of drug-induced liver damage. Methods: 82 patients with drug-induced liver damage caused by tuberculosis chemotherapy who were treated from October 2016 to November 2018 were selected as the study subjects. The random number table was divided into the control group(n=41) and the observation group(n=41). Control group given different glycyrrhizic acid magnesium treatment, observation group in the control group on the basis of joint polyene phosphatidyl choline treatment, to evaluate effect of patients after 2 courses of treatment, comparison of two groups before and after treatment in patients with liver function index and the changes of two groups after treatment in patients with symptoms and signs of recovery time, and the adverse reactions after treatment. Results: There was no significant difference in liver function indexes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). The indexes of ALT, AST and TBIL in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the recovery time of liver function in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group after treatment was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of polyene phosphatidylcholine combined with magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate in the treatment of drug-induced liver damage caused by pulmonary tuberculosis chemotherapy showed significant therapeutic effect, improved the prognosis of pulmonary tuberculosis, promoted the recovery of liver function indexes and signs of patients, and had a small adverse reaction, which was worthy of promotion and application.
