摘要
近年来,随着机器视觉技术的进步,仪表数据读取方式由以往的人工采集,逐步向机器自动化读取发展。传统的仪表识别算法通常以PC平台为运行基础,在移动终端的实现研究内容相对较少。文中基于图像处理技术,以指针式仪表与数码管式仪表数据自动读取为目标,在安卓平台上搭建软件系统,实现在移动端对不同种类仪表数据自动读取。文中借助iData-80终端设备及工业仪表进行系统测试实验,实验结果表明,该系统能够实现全时段、多场景下的自动读取仪表示数,具有精度高、成本低,及性能可靠等特点,在实际工业、生活应用中具有实用性与可推广性。
In recent years,with the progress of machine vision technology,instrument data reading has developed from manual collection to automatic ways.Traditional instrument recognition algorithms are usually based on PC platform,and there are relatively few researches on automatic instrument reading in mobile terminals.Based on image processing technology,a software system is set up on the Android platform with the goal of automatic reading of pointer instrument and digital tube instrument,to realize automatic reading of different kinds of instrument data on the mobile terminal.In this paper,the idata-80 terminal equipment and industrial instruments are used for system test experiments.The experimental results show that the system can realize automatic reading in full time and multi-scene,with high precision,low cost,reliable performance and other characteristics,and has practicability and extensibility in industrial and life applications.
