摘要
针对指针式仪表表盘图像的特征,使用计算机视觉技术和数字图像处理方法设计并实现了指针式仪表的自动检定系统。用图像差影的方法和自适应阈值分割算法,对表盘图像进行图像预处理;提出区域分割方法,对表盘图像进行分块处理,仅对提取到的表盘图像中的有效信息块进行处理,不对其他区域处理,极大地减少了计算量,有效提高了处理速度,实现了指针式仪表检定的智能化,自动化。
Based on the image characteristics of dial gauges, an automatic detection system of dial gauges is designed and implemented by using the technology of computer vision technology and digital image processing methods. The improved image subtraction method and adaptive threshold segmentation method is used in previous process of dial images. A new method named as region - segmentation is proposed to partition the dial image, only process the useful blocks of the dial image, and do not process the other area. This will reduce the computation amount greatly, improve the processing speed effectively, and make the detection of dial gauges to be intelligent and automatic.
