摘要 指针式仪表在雷达装备中应用广泛,必须对指针式仪表进行检定,以确定仪表的精度和准确度。设计了基于图像处理的指针式仪表自动检定系统,分析了自动检定原理和流程,采用图像处理算法确定指针旋转轴心位置,采用距离法识别指针读数,检定的结果以Excel表格的形式保存数据,作为该仪表是否合格的判断依据,从而实现指针式仪表自动检定。试验证明了自动检定系统的有效性。 The analog measuring instruments were applied in the radar equipments.The analog measuring instruments must be detected to confirm the precision and the veracity.The automatic detecting system based on digital image processing technology,the automatic detecting principle and flaw were analyzed,the dial's center point was got based on image processing algorithm,and the dial reading was recognized by distance algorithm.The detecting results were saved with Excel to estimate if the instrument eligible.The system's validity was validated by the examination.
