摘要
分析了目前广泛应用的消毒技术及产品在目前紧急疫情下及未来长期公共、个人卫生方面的益处及可能存在的弊端、危害性。侧重讨论了消毒产品物理、化学及生物3个方面存在的潜在负面效应,如材料腐蚀、生物变异及长期使用对人类健康带来的风险。还讨论了新型功能材料,一种两性表面活性剂N-烷基丙胺基甘氨酸在pH 6~8之间对细菌、真菌杀灭抑制作用及机理。最后提出一种基于季铵盐复配型消毒技术,力图优化产品杀菌抑菌能力,同时把对环境生物压力、物体损蚀,以及人体健康短期和长期的负面影响降到最低。
This article analyzes the antiseptic and disinfect technologies and products currently in wide use,pointing out their advantages and disadvantages.The overall physico-chem-biological risks of disinfetants are highlighted,such as material corrosion,biomutation and sustained influence on human health.A unique amphophilic surfactant N-Alkylaminopropyl Glycine is introduced to explain its surprising antimicrobial efficacy,including disinfection of bacteria,fungi and virus.A quaternary ammonium salt based compound technology is proposed to maximize disinfection while minimizing negative impacts on environmental bio-pressure and human health,in both short and long term.
