摘要
为了明确蚕熏安在烟雾消毒过程中的杀菌机制和作用机理,通过显微观察和微生物试验以及理论分析等方法对蚕用熏烟消毒剂蚕熏安烟雾消毒的机理进行了探索性研究。结果认为:蚕熏安发烟时有效成分随烟雾在空间形成了固气溶胶,均匀分散于整个密闭空间,和致病微生物体有效接触,在环境湿度变化的情况下,杀菌能力不变,说明烟雾中的有效氯直接作用于病原体活性部位,而不完全依赖于次氯酸的产生,从而快速高效杀灭病原体。和普通氯制剂不同,蚕熏安在烟雾消毒的过程中对空气湿度和空间位置无特殊要求,可进行无水消毒,这对大蚕期的饲养管理是很有利的。
In order to understand the disinfect principle and act course of disinfectant-Canxunan,in the experiment the disinfect mechanism of the smoky disinfectant was analyzed with microscopic examination and microbial test.The resuh showed that that when it was smoking,the ehlorie disinfector ftrstly became smog,which was aerosol formed with small particles distributed into every inch of the room, and then easily contacted with pathogen, through which path, the powerful oxidizing agent was acted on the pathogen active place immediately and it may not have to produce hypoehlomus. So it can kill the pathogen rapidly. It was different from other disinfectants that them was no special requirement to environment including the air moisture and space position. It can be used without water and is very advantageous to grown silkworm rearing and management.
