摘要
研究了含氯消毒药剂广消威对家蚕微孢子的杀灭效果。结果表明 ,广消威可有效杀灭家蚕微孢子 ,并且具有药效稳定、对金属腐蚀性弱等优点。对广消威的消毒机理进行了探讨 ,认为广消威不仅可以破坏家蚕微孢子的结构 ,而且还可使微孢子的可溶性糖大量外渗和蛋白质结构受到破坏 。
The disinfecting effect of the chlorine agent Guangxiaowei(GXW) on Nosema bombycis (N.b) was studied. The results showed that the GXW had strong killing effect on N.b, it also had the characters of good stablization and a little causticity on metal. The disinfection mechanism of GXW was studied also, which showed that GXW could destroy external shape and internal structure of N.b, induce the soluble carbonhydrate exosmosis of spores, and destroy primary structure of spore protein and make spores lose activity.
