摘要
[目的]了解84消毒液使用的安全性。[方法]按照卫生部《消毒技术规范》的检验及评价方法进行毒理学试验。[结果]急性经口毒性属实际无毒级;对小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞无致微核作用;亚急性毒性试验中各剂量组均未观察到毒作用。[结论]该消毒液安全可靠,可应用于杀菌消毒。
[Objective]To investigate the security about use of 84 disinfectant. [Methods]We performed toxicology experiments according to the evaluation and testing approaches in MOH＇s Technical Standard For Disinfection. [Results]This disinfectant had no micronucleus formation inductive effect. The mouse acute oral toxicity test suggested it belonged to practically non-toxic substance. No toxic effect was observed in every different dosage group during the subacute toxicity experiments. [Conclusion]This disinfectant was a kind of safe and stable disinfection and suitable for sterilization.
