摘要
传统的多级桥塞射孔联作压裂不仅无法保证压裂液和支撑剂的去向,而且无法保证压裂效果。为了提高产量,实现精细压裂,通过优选趾端滑套、固井滑套及滑套开关工具组合构成无限级固井滑套压裂井下工具。根据国内页岩气地质情况,优化开关滑套及压裂施工程序,最终在涪陵页岩气田进行了首次应用。该技术在页岩气开发中具有一定的可行性,但对埋藏深、长水平段、施工压力高的页岩气开发,还需继续探索。
The traditional multi-stage bridge plug+perforation fracturing cannot guarantee the destination of fracturing fluid and proppant nor the fracturing effect.In order to improve production and achieve fine fracturing,the bottom-hole tool of infinite cementing sliding sleeve fracturing is formed by optimizing the toe-end sliding sleeve,the cementing sliding sleeve and switch tool combination.The switch sliding sleeve and fracturing construction procedures are optimized according to domestic shale gas geological conditions.Finally,it is successfully applied to Fuling Shale Gasfield for the first time.This technology is feasible in the development of shale gas.The development technology of shale gas with high construction pressure in the deep and long horizontal sections is not yet fully mature and needs to be further explored.
