摘要
为降低电机开关频率噪声产生的高频啸叫,在电机台架NVH测试中,通过标定程序更改某款电机的电流角,探索其对开关频率噪声的影响。试验在驱动电机半消声室AVL PUMA台架进行,使用LMS振动噪声数采系统进行数据采集与处理,以较低的背景噪声、精准的台架运转控制保证试验数据真实有效。试验结果表明,增大电流角能够有效地降低开关频率谐波分量噪声,可以在不提高开关频率的情况下,为设计与NVH人员提供一种优化开关频率噪声的方案与策略。
In order to reduce the high frequency whistle noise caused by motor switching-off frequency noise,the space current angle of one motor is changed by calibration procedure to explore its influence on the switching-off frequency noise in NVH test chamber.Test is carried out in AVL PUMA platform of drive motor semi-anechoic chamber,the data collection and processing are carried out by LMS system,lower background noise and precise control of the platform ensure that the test data are reliable and valid.The test results show that increasing the space current angle can effectively reduce the harmonic components noise of the switching-off frequency,and can provide a scheme and strategy to optimize the switching-off frequency noise for the designer and NVH engineer without increasing the switching-off frequency.
