摘要
稀有金属锆及其合金被广泛用在航空航天、军工、核反应、原子能等重要领域,准确可靠的监控金属锆中多种杂质元素含量对我国快速发展锆产业具有重要意义.建立了定量检测金属锆及锆合金中铝、硼、钴、铜、铬、铪、锂、镁、锰、钼、铌、镍、铅、锡、钽、钛、铀、钒、钨和锌20种痕量杂质元素的方法.本方法具有样品前处理简单易操作、灵敏度高、检测限低、测定速度快和稳定性好的特点,20种待测元素的检测限均小于0.21 ng/mL.通过加标回收实验,各待测元素的回收率在92.0%到112%之间;11次空白平行实验结果RSD均小于5.2%,说明方法精密度良好;与传统的ICP-AES方法做同一个样品的数据比对实验,结果相符合,说明样品检测实验结果稳定可靠、准确度和精密度好.
Rare metal zirconium and its alloys are widely used in aerospace,military industry,nuclear reaction,atomic energy and other important fields.Accurate and reliable monitoring of various impurity elements in zirconium is of great significance to the rapid development of zirconium industry in China.In this paper,a method has been developed for the quantitative determination of 20 trace impurities in zirconium and zirconium alloys,including aluminum,boron,cobalt,copper,chromium,hafnium,lithium,magnesium,manganese,molybdenum,niobium,nickel,lead,tin,tantalum,titanium,uranium,vanadium,tungsten and zinc.This method has the characteristics of simple sample pretreatment,high sensitivity,low detection limit,fast detection speed and good stability.The detection limit of 20 elements to be tested is less than 0.21 ng/ml.The recovery rate of each element to be tested is between 92.0%and 112%by standard addition recovery experiment.The RSD of 11 blank parallel experiments is less than 5.2%,indicating that the precision of the method is good.Compared with the traditional ICP-AES method,the results of the same sample are consistent with each other,indicating that the results of the sample test are stable,reliable,accurate and precise.
